National Football League (NFL) Schedule, Week-3

The National Football League (NFL) is a professional American football league.It is one of the four major professional sports leagues in North America. The NFL is the highest professional level of American football in the world. It consists 32 teams; they are equally divided between the National Football Conference (NFC) and the American Football Conference (AFC).

The NFL was formed in the year 1920. At that time, it was known as American Professional Football Association (APFA). In the year 1923 it rename itself to now existing National Football League (NFL).it merged with American Football League (AFL) in 1966.

The NFL’s regular season is seventeen weeks long. The regular season starts from a week after Labor Day and runs till a week after Christmas. In the regular season each team plays sixteen games and has a bye week.

This year NFL regular season week 3 will start on Thursday, 06 September, 2018. And the third week will start on Thursday, 20 September, 2018. In this week Sunday night football will very interesting, because it will be played between Denver Broncos and Detroit Lions.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers are a professional American football team based in Tampa, Florida. They are currently a member of the South Division of the National Football Conference (NFC) in the National Football League (NFL). The team was established in 1974 and began play as an expansion team in 1976. The Buccaneers have won 2 Super Bowl championships (in 2002 and 2020) and have been NFC champions twice. They have also claimed 8 Division championships and have made 13 Playoff appearances. The Buccaneers’ home ground is Raymond James Stadium, in Tampa, Florida. Their biggest rivals include the New Orleans Saints, the Atlanta Falcons, and the Carolina Panthers, all of whom are also members of the NFC South.
