National Football League (NFL) schedule, Week-11

The National Football League (NFL) is a professional American football league.It is one of the four major professional sports leagues in North America. The NFL is the highest professional level of American football in the world. It consists 32 teams; they are equally divided between the National Football Conference (NFC) and the American Football Conference (AFC).

The NFL was formed in the year 1920. At that time, it was known as American Professional Football Association (APFA). In the year 1923 it rename itself to now existing National Football League (NFL).it merged with American Football League (AFL) in 1966.

The NFL’s regular season is seventeen weeks long. The regular season starts from a week after Labor Day and runs till a week after Christmas. In the regular season each team plays sixteen games and has a bye week.

This year NFL regular season Week 11 will start on Thursday, 17 September, 2016. And the eleventh week will start on Thursday, 11 November, 2016. In this week Cleveland Browns, New Orleans Saints, New York Giants and Pittsburgh Steelers are not taking part in any games.

They are currentlya member of the South Division of the American Football Conference of the National Football League.Their home stadium is EverBank Field Stadium, located in Jacksonville, Florida. They were established in the year 1993. They have won two Division championships and they have made six Playoff appearances. They have rivalry with Tennessee Titans, Indianapolis Colts, Houston Texans, Miami Dolphins, Tampa Bay Buccaneers, and Carolina Panthers. But their most notable rivalry is with Pittsburgh Steelers.
